Being present, living in the moment, body, mind and spirit are words and phrases that are ubiquitous in our current culture. I have found that being present is a meeting of body, consciousness and our spiritual identity at a given moment. The work I do provides an entry point into the present and thus integration of all aspects of who we are. The separation is felt in our culture does not exist in reality and an integration of our multidimensionality can be found in the present.
Our culture also speaks of unity, wholeness as something for which we strive. This unity can only be found within, when all aspects of who we are blend, integrate and communicate without division. Enter through the body and psyche and spirit are impacted. Enter through the psyche and spirit and body are influenced, etc. Hence my work: expand, embrace, embody. Touch and connect with who you are anywhere and the influence grows throughout like the ripples on a quiet pond.
